Description:
The default Sound Editor for Worms Armageddon works okay, but as versions moved on, it has become a little outdated: it shows sounds that are never used, it's missing one that is actually used (hurry), does not allow you to include the pickup crate sound for COLLECT.WAV, and it only supports WAV files.

This version includes all the aforementioned missing parts as well as hiding all unused sounds (which can still be made visible with a brand new checkbox), the ability to convert MP3, AIFF, and OGG sounds to 16-bit WAV files, and it also adds descriptions for when each sound is played in-game (based on the descriptions in Worms2D.info). It also doesn't have to be copied to the User/Speech folder like the original Sound Editor, although it will ask for the WA.exe folder in case it's not located there, and from there on it will remember that folder (stored in the "path" file).

The project is uploaded as a GitHub project to https://github.com/Shiigu/Worms-Armageddon-Soundbank-Editor.

This looks pretty great! :)

Note: This will be better if you also add "Amazing", "Brilliant", "Excellent", "Go Away", "Leave Me Alone", "Ouch" and "Perfect". Even if they are not played in-game, I always add them in my speechbanks.

Same, about adding the unused files just in case

Since it was requested, I've updated the sound editor by adding a checkbox that will display unused sounds.

I was working on a new soundbank, and when I tried to view an older soundbank, it asked to save. When I did, it completely overwrote the old soundbank with the new one. Now the new one only has the sounds that were edited.

Thanks for noting. It should be fixed now.
