I'll just restate the rules regarding map choices.
You don't have to play on the map your opponent chooses.
If you choose a map and your opponent does not want to play on it, then simply change the map. You're not entitled to a free win if they refuse a certain map.

If you don't agree about something, do not post a win with a replay where you clearly have not won.
I'm honestly trying to understand what you were thinking here, but reporting a win while you clearly haven't just doesn't make any kind of sense to me.
