well the best thing would be to get this game played... technically the rules say that agreed games that r unplayed can be reported as a free win(i guess its up to you if u wanna take that route... personally i wouldnt) i think you should take into consideration that it was their pick... but i also know how u wanna earn your points back, i can set a deadline for this game if roh thinks its neccesary 

as for the t17 i think it should stand, tooxie was the one who dropped, roh had 1 hp and wee had 3 worms with more health... i know wee had a nuke and a holy, not sure what else
