I did not now why he report where is 3 games,first it was drop,he get 4 worns ~40 hp i got 1 with 80 and can easy tele s and kill him
he said rehost with same positions,second game was with out manual placementm3-d he did not get same positions,and got more hit points what in first game,i wanna rh with 4 worms with'-' and 1 my worm with '+'(nandicap) i told his this but he dos not answer.

It's always good to play the game over again whenever a lagout occurs. The both of you agreed on the game being replayed as it did during the third replay (or you wouldn't have lit up).
You even said during the game "you can't use the cow" (or something similar). He didn't use the cow, though, beat you fear and square considering the starting conditions.

Next time, just replay from the start if you want to avoid these situations.
