Regarding ban threads (reminder)

Since these posts are popping up again, I'll just post it here, since people don't seem to remember.

so if we want some1 to be banned and we also want teh community opinion about if he should or shouldn't be penalize, what to do?

if someone /cheats/insults/calls u a noob/ u post a new topic here, describing what he or she did wrong.
