Challenge is simple, try to get the longest time on "Rifle Range" which you can find from single player training.

Let's see who's got the sharpest shotgun in the game ;D

Surprised that there are no sub 10s.  Initially I put 10.3s, then MI added +1s penalty, but Im not sure if he should according to that image in challenge description.

The description says if *any* part of the cursor. But the image shows the tip of the cursor is allowed. I don't know why. The original moderator of this challenge is inactive.

I added the one second penalty for 1:41:9600 (the bottom of your cursor touches)
