there was this match between FoxHound and Irtis, FoxHound used battle axe and cowed the same way, not having killed Irtis' axe worm before. that cowing is acceptable since if u just swing the axe, you don't damage a worm and you don't damage the map, so its fine, like it didn't even happen it's basically just a turn-waste. otherwise the rules are strict, always keep in mind which weapon you can use
