Candy v2 - Custom Terrain - 29 Objects

This is based on the original Candy terrain (unknown author).  I really like that terrain but it was missing some things like a background, custom bridge etc. So I've made this version with the following changes:

- Background added (new 2-layer background, sky colour and falling debris animation).
- New custom bridge, water colour and 'soil' texture (which is revealed when land is destroyed).
- Now uses 29 object placements, up from 22.  (18 floor objects, 6 roof objects, 5 side objects).
- Remapped some object colours, eg, the Maltesers packet and some other objects had a dirty orange colour, now they are red and look a lot better IMO
- A couple of objects have been resized slightly.
