The problem above is just a "who" request fail. Type "/who" in the channel window manually and the users will appear.

About the rank colors, could be possible to user choose the colors that he wants.
I'm daltonic, so red and green seems the same to me

Vultoz the point is people see each others true rank. If you could choose yellow for classic league and somebody else could choose red for it, then ranks couldn't specify leagues. ATM each rank color is saying in which league that rank is.
