This document is designed to clarify various responsibilities of community members here at TUS. Please read it and become familiar with them. If you do not follow TUS forum rules, it may lead to you to be warned or banned. There are no steps from warnings to get banned. You may get banned without having any warnings first.
Forum rules:
1. Posts are to be made in the relevant topic. Users are asked to read the topic before posting. Please refrain from posting meaningless threads, one word (or short) non-sense posts, or the such. Users consistently posting to the wrong forum may be given a warning.
2. While debating and discussion is fine, we will not tolerate rudeness, profanity, insulting posts, personal attacks or purposeless inflammatory posts. Members should post in a way that is respectful of other users. Flaming or abusing users in any way will not be tolerated and will lead to a penalty.
3. Members should remember this forum is aimed at a general audience. Posting pornographic or generally offensive text, images, links, etc. will not be tolerated and will lead to a penalty.
*If your clan have a board here and want to post personal stuff, you can create a private board only visible to the members of your clan. Same forum rules applies to the public clan boards.
4. Multiple or repeated posting in order to increase your post count is not allowed. These posts will be deleted, or will be added to the first post.
5. Users linking to or asking for information on warez, crackz, any pirated version of the game or re-printing material without permission will receive a warning/or get banned and their post will be removed.
6. Members are asked only to post in English, as this is an English speaking community.
7. Each member is allowed one login account. Registering with multiple accounts is not allowed. However we do change your nickname. You can ask for a nick change by posting a topic in general TUS board.
8. Members are asked to not act as “back seat moderators”. If members note an issue which contravenes something in this policy please use the “Report to moderator” feature to report posts. Do not respond to such topics yourself. Members who constantly “act” as moderators may be warned or penalized.
9. Also while these rules cover most common situations, they cannot anticipate everything. Consequently we reserve the right to take any actions we deem appropriate to ensure these forums are not disrupted or abused in any way.
*** A ban from TUS can be a forum-ban, game-ban or any other combination. By breaking a forum-rule, you may get a game-ban. ***
