Well these are all nice... ideas and stuff... we dont need any more words though, you should let action speak. While you still discussing this your proposed courtesy rules are broken in nearly every thread on this forum. Really you can propose a 1000 rules on how certain stuff is getting punished, if you dont actually do something they are worth nothing at all. To be honest i also dont rly see a way how you should enforce the people here to act like you would like, i mean you can't ban 90% of the guys here .

Every business consist of two kinds of people: visionary and operations. This is just like that, with the tiny difference that we are only able to discuss things here, but we cannot take steps ourselves.

About how to enforce players to act the way we would like: in my opinion point penalties, ban from PO participation could work.

hm, well I think its basically a good idea, but there should also be room for trash talk, cause this is just fun sometimes. Of course there should be not too much spam in topics and lately there defintely were too much worthless posts in a lot of threads.
I just think of the FB times when really a huge amount of people were banned. This just shouldn't happen here. :/
