[SOLVED] Scheme's crate probability menu doesn't show

Scheme's crate probability menu doesn't show when the percentage chance of getting a weapon crate is lower than 10%.

I suspect it to be true for utility probability as well.

This is a scheme I have problem with right now where the percentage chance of getting a weapon is set to 2,5%.
