Wasn't there TUS bot in AG or something?

Rioter

Update: The scheme to be used will be the Elite Scheme under Schemes.

If there are any issues with this scheme, speak now. If you don't and then moan about it, chances are it will be ignored.

Dario

Can't get tired of saying this one (just in case you didn't already say it somewhere else):
Instead of having a "no knocking" rule coupled with "accidental" knocks, you can play all the games in #PT. Easier for everybody. ^^
Momentarily not playing TUS league games.

No I haven't mentioned this, and I will recommend/enforce it!

Ray

Dario is right, games should be played in #PT, even because you can slide through a worm that way and it can lead to great tactical advantages ;)

Did u say that only 1st player of every group pass to the next round?

Right then.

...
Only the person who gets the most points will proceed to the next round (knockout stages). Sorry but if there is 64 players, there's too many really. If a lot of people moan then I might reconsider.

;?

What f4st said. The top player goes through. Sorry but 64 is too many for top 2 to work, it would take too long

MonkeyIsland

I guess if players is gonna go through a 4-team group, you have to make it that 2 players go up. Think of what to do in the next part with 32 people.
Due to massive misunderstandings: MonkeyIsland refers to an island not a monkey. I would be a monkey, if my name was IslandMonkey meaning a monkey who is or lives on an island. MonkeyIsland is an island which is related to monkeys. Also there's been a legend around saying MonkeyIsland is a game. So please, think of me as an island or a game.

van

what about
1st round- group of 4-> two go through (32 players)
2nd round- another group of 4-> 1 goes through (8 players)
+3rounds of knock out's to get the winner (4,2,1)

or
1st round- group of 4-> two go through (32 players)
2nd round- another group of 4-> 2 go through (16 players)
+4rounds of knock out's to get the winner (8,4,2,1)

chakkman

In the name of activity i d recommend to have 1 player going through in the 1st group phase and have knockout rounds after that, easier to catch one player for a game then to catch 3 for the group phase.
Otherwise split this cup in 2 cups then you dont have that problem, but 2 winners then ;P Maybe there could be an ultimate final between the 2 winners then, a bit weird though...

That's very very similar to 16 groups of 4 and 16 ppl in knockout stage  ;)

If u played in old TuT cups u must know that in groups of 4, sometimes 1 player find other 3 to play, but sometimes another player finds only 1 to play (America/Europe/Asia players group for example, hard to find others), so isnt too fair if only 1st goes to da next round...

16 groups of 4, the top 2 proceed to a tournament of 32 people, bo3 knockout. Sounds like a good solution to me. D:
