Resolution change in game

Hello, I have been playing on smalled resolution in rope race since my come back. For the rest schemes, it's still 1024x768. That's why I often forget to change it, and then have to rehost the game because of it. But I heard there is a plugin, whereby you can change resolution in game! Can anybody help me?

But it only lets you change your res in the host lobby, there's no actual way of changing it when the game is in progress.

you can't change it during the gameplay because it's hardcoded... constant values. it would require very extreme hacks with a lot of bugs
