[SOLVED] Can't report clanner

We can't seem to report a clanner vs NBR, it just gives this error:

•The people you have selected are not in the same clan. Please ask them to join their clan in TUS first.

I think it may because they were a community recently and changed to clan, idk. We are all in the right groups in tus.
