in short form he cowed and didn't want to skip cus he told they are only 3 rulz (arf,cba, [ktl] <---  -.- )Oo, and we played  game 10 mins before and he quited

As far as I know it is cow, in roper block are allowed too?

Only in roper block is not allowed Menson. In shoppers permanent blocks are not allowed. Permanent block are like when you block your opponent using bow and trap him.

Due to massive misunderstandings: MonkeyIsland refers to an island not a monkey. I would be a monkey, if my name was IslandMonkey meaning a monkey who is or lives on an island.
