Sorry for making this take a bit longer than usual. These night shifts take it out of me.

2) Lag-outs
* If one player lags out and returns to the given channel, the game should be continued with handicap or restarted.
* If a player lags out and is not seen online 10 minutes later, then the game is taken care of by the following rules:
* If it was the first game, then the game should not be reported, rather played at another time.
* If it was the second game and the loser of the first game was seemingly losing the second game too, it can be reported. At any other occasion the moderators will decide about the outcome of the game, after it is posted to the forum's League Complaints section.
* Moderators will never decide about the outcome of a game considering the skills of the players. Always the state of the game is what the moderators consider.
I think we can read the same for crashes etcetera. I crashed a game to see what it shows me in the replay and it shows exactly what we saw in replay 5.

lol why are you minimizing in a clan game? Even I know that causes crashs.
I'll start off with this. Simply don't do this. You know crashes make awkward situations.
But considering there's always a doubt whether a game crashed or someone quit, I checked back at the complaints where lalo was involved (either by posting or because he was one of the players) and I saw no major problems, certainly no one accusing lalo of false play. Lalo was usually the voice of reason in complaints, so I think it's safe to say it was a genuine crash.
Now for the position itself. I'm not a major elite player, so of course I may have a wrong impression of the game. If an independant elite player thinks I'm talking out of my ass here, please give me your take on the game

mm had 3 worms, 2 of which were poisoned. cfc had 2 worms, but considering the turn order, the one with poor health will die the very next turn.
That leaves 1 full health worm vs 1 full health worm and 2 poisoned worms (though both had a fair amoung of health during the crash).
Clearly, mm has an advantage in health. cfc has an advantage in that it can make use of no turn order. It's going to take mm time to get his worms in the same location, during which cfc has time to damage the healthy worm and during which the sick worms lose hp. On the other hand, mm has the option of damaging cfc with kamikaze turns. Both teams still had airstrikes/napalms and a supersheep and cfc still had a dynamite. mm still had 1 rope, cfc still had 2.
I think the outcome of this game depends on which tactics are used. The longer is takes, the bigger cfc's chances of winning, the shorter is takes, the bigger mm's chances of winning, but in the end, there are too many variables to predict a definite winner. I certainly wouldn't award a win for this, though you could debate about whether there should be handicaps in a replay. I personally would vote for not having one because of the points I mentioned above.
