Bring back HAL

Since TEL is dead, we have a hole in the leagues. Why not bring back HAL for season 5 to fill the gap? That way, not only me, but XrayeZ, Chelasea, and all other players of HAL will celebrate... :<

I'm glad so many people love HAL. This helps with TUS, since there needs to be more Hysteria and Aeriel matches, and HAL is the perfect way to make people join TUS. I mean, nobody likes Elite, but everybody LOVES Hyseria and Aeriel!

Might be a good idea to rotate also TRL/HAL/TEL. Every other season would be TEL and every other TRL/HAL (when TEL ends, TRL/HAL starts, and when TRL/HAL ends, the next TEL starts). This way people wouldn't get bored with TEL coz of consecutive seasons.

First of all review the rules and edit it to it's tiniest detail before starting some new ideas..

@MI: I know this is said easy but you got at least "your" mods. Isn't it an actual task of a mod to spent some effort on bringing up some results on things like that?
You could also name a few ppl (which should be chosen wisely of course..) and ask them to review and edit it within a small circle at first.

I would be up to spent some time on that, plus I could do some graphic stuff regarding to a summary of screenshots and rules..
