i cant report two games in a row

I reported a bng win vs wQw fine. Then tried to report the roper win and ive tried it 4 times now. I fill out the page and report, click yes for are u sure. Then get redirected to recent games and don't see the report ive just made.

I know what is it. This happens when you upload same replay. When trying to report, Are you sure you weren't uploading the same replay for each game?
(I tested it and it only happened when trying to upload same replay)
