Imho l3x should be the 4th clan. They have the 70 games, their % of winning is less than 50% but I don't where says that is a rule to have more than 50%https://www.tus-wa.com/leagues/basic-info/#leagues_homeJust an opinion, I'm ok to have CAT in PO if mods wants that.
