One of my best mates IRL starting to enjoy some success with their band, their music is being featured on BBC Radio on the Metal section and stuff.

They just released a new single and video:

Damn, that's so cool! When you mentioned BBC Radio, I expected a more radio friendly metal (not that radio friendly songs are bad, I enjoy them as well), but that single is proper heavy metalcore damn. Will check their entire discography!

It is obviously heavy metal year! Invincible Shield by Judas Priest, Bruce Dickinson... and now Aceept made a new album which is also good, but my pick goes to WINTERSUN! fkn melodeath from Finland of course, long awaiting song from VERY LONG awaiting TIME 2 album..

I think I've listened to some of this band a long time ago. 8, 9 or even 10 years ago, don't remember.

Slaughter to Prevail is great. You should definitely check out their Kostolom album, it has a lot of Slipknot influences.
