Does anyone here have experience on word press and devloping designs / managing theses types of sites and cms?

I'd be able to design it, but I haven't got time. I'm sure there are lots of free templates therefore and also CMS.

yea theres plenty of nice templates and themes etc but i want something abit more.. customized... dunno how to edit that much in wp.
