Damn buddy! Hurts me to see your situation and Venezuela in particular. I can't do anything less than join this crusade and vouch for you.
I am shocked seeing how your government can't satisfy your basic needs such as a swift internet connection, a brand new computer with intel core i5 at least and a good mobile.
