Be careful, just recognizing familiar words doesn't mean you know definitions of those words  Try two kind of tests: say 'yes' only for the words you know definitions of, and second test - say 'yes' to both familiar words and the words you 100% know, the result will be significantly different

EDIT: Ok, in first kind of test I've reached my 30%, in second one - 50%
