To learn to become a skydive you must 1st to an AFF course (accelerated freefall course).
They do them all over the world, typical an AFF course is 9 jumps and around $2200(AUS) but that pays for all your jumps,training and gear hire.  Then jump tickets are around $45 to go to 14000ft and about $40 for gear hire if you down own your own gear.

this was a Low altitude jump from 5000ft so this jump only coast my about $70 with gear hire.
