My touch screen is really REALLY messed up

I can't take it anymore.  >:( My touch screen does whatever it wants. For example, i'm playing Minecraft on my Android tablet when suddenly i'm moving backwards. WTF? In the Android menu it slides left, right, left, right. IT'S DRIVING ME CRAZY!!!!!!!! My tablet is Prestigio Multipad 7.0 Ultra+, my version of Android is 4.1.1. Plz help!

Prestigio?  wtf kind of pad is that?  Does it look like this?  Just shake it to clear up the problems and reboot.
