Iam eating healthier than before for sure, just eating a bit more than normal xD

I was happy with it nino, but times change mate ! It's not just for how I look, but hopefully I will live longer if I eat healthier and maintain a healthier shape, not to mention I used to get back pains which are not there because I lost so much weight.

I honestly don't feel bad about being a bit fat, i'm always very confident, but I just feel my life will be better if I get into shape, plus, I am trying to get into the music industry, no one wants to go n see some fat f@#! do they haha? I need to change my image

Maciej, that isn't bodybuilding, but imo it looks better too, but what nino does isn't just about looks, it's a passion, it's a lifestyle, from what I have seen, although guys like nino CAN be mental and mad due to drug use, most of them are loyal guys who would die for each other.

I done a few months of bodybuilding when I was younger, nothing major, but that feeling of power and strength you get is f@#!ing amazing !

Bearing in mind, I ain't no hulk, I did say I only done it for a few months lol !

The reason I stopped, is because I met a girl, the "love of my life" who ended up getting pregnant to my best mate lol, I shoulda stuck to the bodybuilding !

These were pictures after like 2 weeks I think, I do kinda miss my old babe magnet body/face/hair/teeth lol.

the reason people train is different, maciej.. let me try to explain
some people train just to get physical strength.. to become strong. In such situations its not so important how much and what you eat but how much you train, the more weight the better
some people train for the record.. those guiness wannabe guys Maximal amount of push ups or something like that.. Here's important to practise day by day, so number of push ups will increase with each passing day. Some rest-days will be useful anyway, like 1day per week.
some people train to get sexy body, porn actors wannabe, sx players wannabe, rogi, etc. Such people mostly pump up abs, chest and their butt alternating them between  days
and some people are nino xD

maciej i dont think if i should even start a talk about bodybuiding with u, the rat of WA.

but thats what peoples said, i dont give a f@#! about having a nice body where others would like to see, i always f@#!ed girls normally even when thin and stuff, and iam ugly as f@#! you know, some girls just want to laugh with you and have a nice company.

so at my gym some girls look at me and thinks " oh thats too much , i dont want this man to f@#! my hole "  but some others says aeeee nice muscles can u f@#! my hole?

maciej to prove iam not wrong , i bet you will one day find a girl to f@#!, then what now? if u find some girl to open the legs for you, why should i worry huahuahauhauhauhauh

Lol nino, needless to say the day I found out, I stormed to his house only to find out he had packed up and left, kinda glad in a way cuz I might have done something i'd regret...

But, was my fault, I didn't give her the time I should have, I was working weekends and nightshift so I wasn't there for her, I don't really blame her, I get the fact she felt lonely and she wanted someone who paid more attention and spent more time together, i'd had the same feeling in a relationship where I was unsure about ending it and moving on, but it pissed me off it was a friend, theres like millions of other guys out there, funny how it's always a friend they sleep with lol.


And actually, this happened about 3 years AFTER the bodybuilding, like I said, I stopped bodybuilding because I met that girl lol.
