BnG Teles

I've been talking with Random, and we both think it is a good idea to implement Infinite teles in BnG for the league.

Worms are easily pushed, especially with some maps people use nowadays, even to get 4 lucky pushes in a 2on2 and have no teles left can result in ridiculous lame hides almost darksiding and ridiculous shots to try and hit them.

Can we upgrade the scheme to include infinite teles from now on please?

I really dont see any benefit in having limited teleports at all. It just encourages darksiding and lame hiding.
I think the same goes for torch, as its also just there for moving around.

And since a lot of moving around usually makes a bng more exciting and less lame, there shouldn't be a double punishment for moving. Moving already costs you a turn where you can't shoot.
