Hosting with Mobile Hotspot

I tried to host with mobile hotspot (using my mobile data as internet for PC). Game froze for a while, and unfroze with a message that it timed out. Speedtest gave me download of 10mbps, and upload 2mbps. Of course I am using WormNAT2. But is hosting with mobile hotspot impossible with WA? Any fix? I did something wrong?

I tried to use mobile data to host and play too and no success. No connection with wormnet, or no players joined, or could not join non-HB games. Not all sites were opening. Sometimes reboot of the smartphone or laptop helped, but not for long.

Luckily for me I haven't experienced those limitation as you have Casual browsing the web is fine, but it becomes a tedious process on WormNET. I can host If I am lucky, but then my game doesn't show up or just times out. Fortunately I can use HB, join HB games, and other people.
