Dont you have some viruses on your computer? Or a firewall or antivirus which blocks ports? Or a bad software like eset or nod32? xd Can you visit snoop.worms2d.info? If not, and if you have wifi and smart phone then try with that. Last solution can be to join a VPN.. i used to play like that when i had blocked ports.

And this trouble had start only on my new provider after changed house. Provider with wifi internet. I can on on my pc wa with internet from phone, phone how modem on pc. This is say what my pc not have problems...
