Well, is more for resource load instead of png with alpha background image

Indeed. But that is based on the forum software and they chose to do images. (probably to have some compatibility for some minimal browsers)

If that image is bugging you, you can give me a modified version of that. StepS did it with Russian "new" image. It is , following the English one's pattern
