Wkfkeyrearrange not working

Wkfkeyrearrange does not work. Incompatible with 3.8. Do you have a solution to this?

I'll take a look at this, hopefully by the end of the month.
The way it worked since 3.6.30.0 is no longer compatible with 3.8, so more changes will need to be made.
