cups in multiplayer
« on: September 30, 2013, 03:47 PM »
i was thinking of making worms armageddon more attractive..
so i had an idea about adding some cups to the multiplayer mode (not online)
example for the cups:
cup for the team with the best aim
cup for the the best kill etc..

Are challenges similar to what you have on your mind?

In challenges, you DO play with yourself. Someone defines a challenge and players play it offline, then post their record. For example:

https://www.tus-wa.com/challenges/challenge-243/

Read the challenge description then you can checkout people's attempts offline.
Due to massive misunderstandings: MonkeyIsland refers to an island not a monkey. I would be a monkey, if my name was IslandMonkey meaning a monkey who is or lives on an island. MonkeyIsland is an island which is related to monkeys. Also there's been a legend around saying MonkeyIsland is a game. So please, think of me as an island or a game.

I think that was his point :)

What could be an interesting idea is having a challenge cup: We'd need challenges that can be played by 2 people simultaneously.
I don't think anyone would make challenges and host the cup just because you suggested it, though, you might have to make them yourself.
