Community Server - The Future?

So there's been rumbles that the main server is shutting down..? Or at least HostingBuddy won't be working there..? And the word is that people should start using the community server rather than the main one? IF SO, how's that going? The community server is dead. There's nobody there at this time.

Perhaps the plan could be that once the main server goes offline, the community server would just take its place..?

I was thinking about why the time period "by the end of the year" was named. There will probably be more attempts to contact the developers to solve all the existing problems related to the server.

But in general - yes, that's what is planned, at least CyberShadow wrote about it on Sensei's server.

In addition, there remains an unclear situation with nicknames, namely - why can't you use the tilde sign when entering the community server to separate the nickname and the community-clan tag. But I didn't get an answer to this, unfortunately.

So, as of this moment this topic has a view count of 180, and nobody has replied with the exception of Lancelot. So based on this current Intel, it is sufficed to ''assume'' it is not Important to switch to the community server(s) at this time anytime soon, at least not till the main server goes offline.

Although this is conjecture of course, and furthermore to add to that conjecture, it is a shame nobody has been forthcoming about this here on TUS.
