What is this Scheme .pxs? And how to edit them and save to .wsc?

you need to have an older version of worms in order for that to work, and also some external program...

lets you use some cool features though (that i know absolutely nothing about) but allot of people enjoy it.

maybe some one else can give you more details... you can not change it to a standard wsc scheme tho.

Project X is for 3.6.31.0
Also, it's like a modern version of the Fiddler. Neo-Fiddler will take PX's place for versions 3.7.0.0+
