If you're going to complain about trash talk, then complain about everybody trashtalking, because there are plenty of those on TUS. Besides, talking trash has never been a reason to flat out ban someone. cl2k, wl, fb, tpl, al; all these places would be very empty if that were the case.

Yes, the warning was for requesting a ban. The people posting in that thread seemed to think it was a good idea, so I think we shouldn't spit on that decision by not applying it.

Actually, it doesn't make you a nice guy, but it doesn't make you a bad guy, and it's all down to personal opinion, in this case, i'd see Ray as the nice guy, although going the wrong way about it, theres obviously no need to swear, but I don't blame him for getting so angry that he can't control his temper... I believe you are referring mostly to the threads I have been involved in, including avirex and shyguy for starters, whats the problem? I can't believe for one second you would actually tie us in with Zippo, we are NOTHING like Zippo so PLEASE don't put us in the same boat as him EVER again, that's actually an insult to be referred to as behaving like Zippo, for starters we keep it on the forums (except 1 game last night with me and avirex but at least we took it to PM) we do not post cocky insults and excuses on almost everyone of our own games, and we do not continually harass people when we are playing games, my attitude on the forums and my attitude actually playing the game on WNET are basically 2 different things, I am sure alot of people could relate to this, maybe even back me up on it?

You say you are not defending him, actually by not dealing with him you ARE defending him, you are, maybe not on purpose, but definately, even acidentally giving him permission to act the way he does by openly admitting you will not ban him, you honestly don't think he notices this?

Anyway, saying that I honestly do understand where you are coming from, I agree you couldn't ban him now because his attitude today is better than it was last month and more time passed, so if you didn't ban him then, when he was worse, you literally can't ban him now, for being a bit better.
