The rest of the tube trap maps that has been uploaded by RichUK here on TUS doesn't open and work either. They could be fixed.

And she also tagged RichUK's name as he is the author of the first 4 maps. The other 2 maps are made by Echiko, so I'm not sure why you commented there as well Foxhound.. She did everything correctly

I just thought the mappack could be more complete with all maps, there's this one missing only. Sorry if I was unfortunate, it was not my intention to annoy or to be derogatory with the work of other people. This was the only map missing I thought the original ones were missing, but it was my mistake. I just took a brief look at WMDB maps and saw that there has different maps than TUS ones.

Oh I didn't pay attention to this, the map is very likely the same, the name is the same, the description is practically the same, but the author name is different and we can't see the TUS map. Jonas and Sorastar11 might be the same player, or Sorastar11 did not write the author's name properly. We cannot be sure without contacting them, you are right.
