« on: September 01, 2010, 01:04 AM »The name "telecow" sucks as much as does "the ultimate site" (sorry, don't mean to be offensive here, it's just not very worms-specific). But yes, it's just about creating a good situation for the 1vs1 game which is very likely going to happen in the late game.. Having a big worm there is very advantageous.

I think Cups should be disabled at all. and tourneys added. the "groups stage" part of cups is kinda messed up.
imo, once tus will do only tourneys, it'll be much easier, understandable, and many more ppl will participate.
deadline idea is great, i think when u log in into tus, and you'r participating any tourney, it should be highlighted (your next oponent + deadline) under "my panel" or somthing similar.

my opinion about that issue..
when u play leagues, play with "telecow/jetcow", its totally fine since HYST=NO RULES, pure tactic.
once I play with friends for fun, or even with random AG ppl, I go for 'skilled' shots with some nice style, I never "telecow/jetcow" unless it used on me before, and even if some1 doin' it, I never get pissed...

TUS Discussion / Suggestion: New tabs for the Members List area + Search By Country\Clan

Hey all TUS'ers. 
well I got that tiny idea about adding a Flag & Clan tab to the "My Panel > Members > Members List" area, it could be nice.
also thought about adding search option by Country & Clan to the "My Panel > Members > Search for Members" area.
since I rly enjoy playing ppl from my country I thought about this issue..
will be much apericiated if added and also, if not ^^

wheat snoop gives you more options than connecting via IRC Client.
Im using prsnp to host\join games. and mIRC (the most popular IRC client for windows) to chat only
idk if in wheat u can join a cuple of channels(#ag, #rh & #pt at the same time) and have a private msg window's with several ppl, but with IRC client you can have both.
also, if u know some irc scripting you can code a "ON *:HOTLINK:", then u'll be able to press links in the irc client when some1 hosts with gameid, like in wheat snoop as much as I know.
feel free to ask anything about IRC, im kinda familiar..
