General discussion / Re: How to become a better intermediate player
« on: November 16, 2021, 09:44 AM »
Wow, I remember how I sat some ten years ago in my child’s room and had that guide printed out and laminated on my desk and tried to approach every game like that.

While it might not be perfect — according to the six-time CWT champion — it’s still a good direction that once mastered you can start moving forward developing your own style, I guess.
I just remember how I got visibly better digesting some of the core concepts of that guide.

And remember how Johnmir is also a CWT champion of 2009. http://2009.cwtsite.com/index1.htm :D

afaik you can export log and count how many times you fired rope and go from there

It also logs shots “into the air” as in ropes that don’t actually attach, though.

I don’t know a lot about music but I enjoy this. Listened to this all evening long. It has a nice vibe.

I have no particular suggestion and just want to say that I’m really exciting for the upcoming changes to the site and the new mobile app.

Schemes / Re: Freemediate - An evolution of Intermediate

That looks very interesting and promising on a competitive level. Good presentation as well.

I could imagine sophisticated pro-ish styles where players just move incredibly fast. This would be great to watch.

Hello everyone,

the 19th edition of CWT is coming up. You can sign up starting September 1 on www.cwtsite.com.

The defending champion is Rafka who has ended Chuvash’s four time winning streak last year.

We’re looking forward to seeing you there.

Yeah, we’ve had great fun and Fuwate is an exceptionally funny game. Fuwate combines the fun of many games just like Intermediate does with other schemes.

Hey, I may repeat myself but thanks for the work guys! I like how you do it in this open source fashion.

Now that many of you got a GitHub account you might want to consider starring the CWT repository in an effort to help the whole thing growing. https://github.com/Zemke/cwt/ :-*
I’m also working on a new project which is also on GitHub of course. You might want to follow along or just support me. https://github.com/Zemke/elite-league :-*

Thanks!

Wouldn't have forgiven it to myself, if I hadn't voted them all. I've just given my votes now. Good job on Showcase 4, DarkOne and Cueshark!

Bayern Munchen won everything what they could win  :-\ awesome

They didn’t win the German Supercup. Dortmund defeated Bayern by 2-4. But indeed an amazing year for Bayern Munich. By the way, I wonder why only the “Munich” part and not the “Bayern” part is translated, it should be “Bavaria Munich”, shouldn’t it?
