I just read a thread saying you can buy the Halo 2 for Vista, and then use a crack/patch to install it on XP.

But bad luck, the link for the patch is over. Try to find another one.  

Legit download: Since the patch is a bit boring to install, I advice you to buy the game for Vista, then download a full Halo 2 for XP.

Take HHC & Chicken posts: you'll have both great/bad things about unlimited/"7 girders" T17 scheme.
