The TRL would be used as *the* league, making a good rank (meaning your good at any scheme - yeah, we'll all need training ! ^^).
And as you said, we could train every season to learn.

Everytime I play a game on Dota, I have a 1sec delay (and also many french mates).

Maybe there is none for you, then I'll call you lucker. Cause it really is unplayable for us.. <.<
Otherwise I would spend my time on Dota and not LoL.

That's why Dota 2 ftw ! (Except they changed every heroes face )
