Dave. I don't mind people picking roper vs me. Just ttrr but i don't refuse it (anymore) And it happened all last season when it was just me, husk and almog being active for CKC. People pick for points at times. People pick also for what they will have most fun in. It just depends what mood your in.
People would see lordhound, shyguy, dulek were not around and pick ttrr. Of if me and you werent on they would pick bng. You do at times judge what to pick by who is on, what gives you nice points, what is most winnable and what is most fun. We had all those chats with CF and picks n stuff in another thread. I don't think there was anything wrong with me and dub wanting to bng because we could win bng? Id of prefered elite if i knew cfc would of stayed and actually played us. Was only 4 point difference.

cfc asked ckc for 2 more clanners after we finished t17 clanner of their pick from yesterday. They picked roped. We picked bng. They saw no komodo. Then said no clanner and went and played a funner. Poor attitude.

This isnt a complaint. Its just a name and shaming thread! lalo, diana and flow shouldnt have anything to worry about playing me and dubc.

I agree with most of what u said random00, but not all. i dont agree with bo3 for each scheme in playoffs. The current system is fair and option 2 isnt much different from option 1.

Lets say me vs you in playoffs and you have first pick.

If someone picks roper.
I pick shopper
someone picks ttrr.

Now 3 rope schemes have been used and no more can be used. The reminding games MUST be default schemes. wxw can't be used now. But i may not win the shopper and i could easly lose that set 0-3.

Thats why if im picking 2nd i may wanna risk using shopper to use up all the rope based schemes, or i may wanna pick my best schemes so hope i can stay in the tie. I think its my fault if i lose and it doesnt matter if it has to be 2, rope, then 2 default. The order is kinda pointless as it was my choice to make it 3 rope schemes in a row i guess.

If anyone could pick anything it sucks because the 4th scheme you may pick wxw. Its an allround league. You need some defaults in there. Thats why no more than 3 rope based schemes and order of schemes is irrelveant seems like most simple rule to me.



I agree about the seeding of playoffs... 1st and 2nd overall should not meet in the semi finals.

HHC's is good but i am seeing a lake of nukes, eq's, pasty's, but im seeing nice attempts of all other weapons which is good! Its an improvement form tus, but not as boom boom as FB

Some things that i think could be tweaked on at tus and taking effect for new season.

Clearer rules on playoffs.
What schemes can be picked. What order schemes can be played. Aslong as you don't do more than 3 rope based schemes the order is irrevlent. And both wxw and shopper can be used!
How many games it takes to enter them (setting these game required and not changing it. 80 is fine for singles. but clanners is too high. Season ends in 3 hours and clanner po aint made requirements yet.. should change in an hour when doh plays mm which they are doing now) But still.. This limit could be 60 i feel? Seems people struggled at 70.
Me and darkone will carry on with setting deadlines and being firm on games not being played in time if the the current attitude carries on. There has been improvement and we are slowly making some headway into the playoffs being completed but we have a new set for season 15 coming up now. So keep your eyes peeled on this!

Team17 tus scheme

We've had plenty of debates, arguments and opinions on the t17 scheme and they have all focused around 7 griders or unlimited. It doesnt matter about griders because that can be changed in the scheme when someone hosts and makes their pick.
However what we have all managed to agree on is the weapons generated in the tus scheme is a little off (espically when number of griders is changed (dunno why this effects it)).
I think we can all agree that HHC's scheme is more balanced and better than tus. Ive even spoken with wooka who made the tus schemes and he admitted he did not know what he was doing. TuS was a new league then and it was fine at the time but i think the offical scheme should be changed to HHC's. Its not as 'Boom Boom' as FB's. But its not as predictable as the constent hhg's, sheeps, old ladies, longbow as current tus scheme.

General update to rules and layout

There has been changes to the league but i don't think the rules got updated. Like late report for example. This is fine now because you can make a complaint and MI runs a code that puts them in correct order.
I think the scheme rules could be carefully considered and reworded. I think changing the layout of rules could be a good idea. The schemes rules could be enclude here instead of in the schemes section. Then the Rules has league rules, playoff rules and scheme rules and the tus schemes could be downloadable form here aswell (not just in scheme section)
At the point we could also introduce an offical shopper scheme because currently is it just wxw. Just remove zooks or use some of the ones we spoke about in other threads would be fine.

Staff forum!

Even tho there is 4 of us it would just make life abit easier than current PM's. I know we all have msn and pm's but sometimes its just nice to post ideas on one. Most leagues have had them in the past and i don't see the harm in adding one. Id of posted all of this on a staff forum for example
