MI will have to check IPs, but considering he called you bull, I'd say he's an oldschooler, coming back after a period of inactivity (at least, I don't recall anyone calling himself deviant on WA, but I could be wrong, of course).
If this is his only TUS name while he used to have another name a couple of years ago, it's really up to him whether he tells you his old name or not.

I don't think we should start making exceptions, though. Whether someone or a group of people are fair players or not shouldn't matter when it comes to deadlines. We denied earlier requests of extending the deadline and if we make an exception, then those people will (rightly so!) ask for another chance to play their game and the playoff delays start all over again.

You're absolutely right, it makes much more sense that you have to kill one of your own worms in order to not lose when you start off by killing one of your opponents' worms
Can you think of another game where having a disadvantage from the start leads you to win easier?

You don't need to remember 10 turns, though. Later on in the game, it'll be become easier to use turn abuse. I just don't think losing a worm early in the game should mean you're almost certain to win the game. That makes no sense for any other game.
