1st option would be the best.
I completely agree. But if Zippo doesn't change, you still need to consider option 2.

D1, I wanna ask you something, you say we have an option of ignoring zippo even if he continues to annoy people, but if you have a group of friends, who like to play a sport together lets say for this example football, and you all play competitive because you love the challenge and the pride you feel when you win against good players, and let's say zippo was part of another team, and everytime he beat you he rubs it in your face, not in a joking way, but in a way that really tries to put you down and make you look like a noob, and everytime you win, he still tries to put you down saying it's luck, or he has sore ankle and can't play 100% his best, and you are a noob and you will still never achieve glory like him with his position in the league, are you trying to tell me this wouldn't eventually make you react?
My reaction would be never to play him again. I do still play worms for the challenge, but if I get annoyed by someone during those games, it's really not worth it to me. There are plenty of other challenging players left to play anyway, so why bother playing with someone who annoys me?

People like to play against Zippo because he IS a very good player whether anyone wants to admit it or not, and some people like to challenge him and try to beat him and feel proud for themself if they beat him and they feel they have achieved a higher level of skill, but the fact is Zippo can't just shake hands and say well done you played good to beat me, he makes it out as if they don't have any skill and it's just luck when in fact they have worked hard to get good enough to beat him.
Again, this is a choice you're making for yourself. If we ban zippo from TUS, that doesn't mean he's not allowed to play you. If you're in it for the challenge, by all means, continue playing him, even if we ban him. The only consequence would be that you can't report a win against him anymore.

I know we have option to ignore him but we can't, people want to play him because this is a ladder system and he has good chance of winning points to climb the ladder.
I'm truly puzzled by this, even though it's only one sentence. You
can't ignore him because you
want to play him? Again, there are plenty of challenging people to play against. If you're only in it for the points, then perhaps there's too much emphasis on competition and too little on fun anyway.

I think I speak for everyone who plays this game competitively when I say, we would all love to play Zippo and doH to have chance of climbing the ladder without having to put up with all the crap, we would like him to say good game and well done and mean it if we beat him.
Which is why I continually point him towards that. The big difference is that such posts hold very little weight if people are constantly bitching about zippo because that, too, shows immense disrespect (regardless of whether it was deserved or not)

Zippo, you have a rare talent of being VERY good at all schemes, if you keep spitting on your opponents eventually everyone WILL ignore you, and you will lose your talent because you will have no one to play against, you should take responsibility of being so good and use it to your advantage and help other players, give them advice without pointing out how good you are, congratulate players if they beat you.
Zippo, a real player is one who has the talent and skill and doesn't abuse it, you obviously love this game, why don't you stop being a kid and become part of the community and be our friend instead of our enemy.
Zippo, mark these words. They could be the difference between people respecting you and people completely ignoring you. Don't argue against them. There are a LOT of players here who are saying the exact same thing and if you're the only one who disagrees with a certain statement, that means you're probably wrong.
@ nino: We did mute him once for a couple of weeks, remember? The only thing that changed is that the bitching had a different subject. I don't see how muting him against would change that. You're just looking for a fight with Zippo, just like beer. And all you're accomplishing with it is frustrating yourself.
