They've had an entire month to play eachother and still they haven't. That means they don't see eachother on msn/aim/irc/icq/snooper/whatever or don't notice each other at least.

Arranging the game means that both players sign on to RH at a time they both agree on.

I can see where you're coming from, but to be honest, this is not serious enough to make it an official warning or banning or anything of the sort. Making this freewins is an option, but again, that might be a bit severe for something like this.

I don't really see anything other than asking shui if he wants to play those games with you. What is it you want us to do with this?

Done. I wasn't sure about what to do with this cup, to be honest. Lots of people signed up and then decided they didn't want anything to do with it anymore

But others have shown to be interested, with several games still being played and I didn't want the inactive ones to spoil their fun.
