Greetings newcomer!

Advice: Don't ever start playing competitive W:A! There are terrains 20+ years old and someone may have mastered them earlier than you! Apparently - it's a big deal.
There's also bunch of new terrains good people provided, since community is evolving and bringing new stuff to the game on daily basis.. but some players will refuse to play them with you! Because they didn't learn how to jump around objects properly yet. That fkn community and their new fancy terrains.. Goddamit!

So you're basically saying custom terrains are bad because you didn't have time to master them?

You realize custom terrain is same thing as any other terrain in W:A, right!?
They're generated in game. Same as -forest, fruit, time...
What are you on about with "mastering a terrain"? Haha.

I'm really interested in hearing this. Ofc there are good and bad custom terrains, but same goes for those ~30 game terrains that are there since '99.

Curious what's the reasoning behind refusing to play terrain just because it wasn't in the game 20+ yrs ago. Even more curious about how many of you are there?

Aerial league scheme is now #2175 ( https://www.tus-wa.com/schemes/scheme-2175/ ) but MI will switch it at the start of the next season.

Ledan, if you were sarcastic with your statement then you should get some facts straight. Cause sudden death is not the only thing changed. It also doesn't start at 15 minutes.. aMore like 9-10. All 3 sudden death levels were tested back when scheme was in the making and medium level suited this scheme the best. Lot of Aerials were done during that period (2015.-2016.) and lot of players were involved. I'm sorry you weren't around. Hopefully you will at least host a proper scheme next time, before you go and belittle me. :)

Third variation of Aerial scheme in AoA cup is not the prior or current league scheme. It's a Komito's one

Komo... You're going into that weird phase of yours. It doesn't look good.
If it's gonna help - I'm lame, Rocket is way better.. You notching every single shot while being behind is heroic tactics...

Btw, it's funny you mentioned couple of times I threw a 5s max bounce roller.. But you don't mention that I wrote in game chat I wanted 3s, immediately. I wrote it cause it was a mistake obviously.. 5s max wasn't even a good option there. If you're so convinced I did that on purpose, check mine and sock's last game, where I had easy max bounce on his last tele, but didn't do it for multiple turns.. It was a game breaking shot as well, but didn't go for it.. So it's obviously not about winning/losing for me. Just want to battle it out with player that thinks in similar way.

You're trying so hard to show me as some negative person, it's hilarious. Going through all of our shots just to write your opinion like anyone cares.. Coming to this thread to say someone is better than me!? Haha, ok. I also think you're overrated, but then again - who cares!?
Rocket said he doesn't wanna talk about the shot and then went on to write few tus pages about it.. What's up with you guys and attention seeking? Who even cares what I think of Rocket and his BnG playstyle... It's just my opinion, don't need anyone to agree.


BnG scheme needs some stricter rules for sure.. a2b rules should be applied here and games could be way better, for everyone..

Personally I don't see any problem with that. Whole point of mirrored mappack is that if one player wants to "abuse" it - the other one can as well, since all hides are the same. I'm kinda confused that you of all people would say mirrored maps are no good for scheme like BnG.
Anyway, Xan and myself working on new mirrored ones as we speak. Goal is to use every community terrain.. so blitzed can expect 70+ new maps soon.

What's up with all of you? :) It's just my personal opinion, nothing more. I am allowed to say that it sucks when, after few times being hit, player of Rocket's caliber goes down the newbie path and starts to lg 5sec nade on a worm so close from his.

I know he can do it and it's within the TUS rules. I'm also aware I can comment on it and say what I think of those kind of players. Who cares anyway, he won, I lost.. Let's move on.

That's why I prefer the classic BnG .bit maps, all you need to do is reseed them, change the texture, and maybe quickly edit a few hides and voila, new nice map! You can't do this with the pre-made maps either lol.

Good to know though, if I have to host/stream a BnG match where someone picked those maps, I can at least do it right so we're all happy!

Hm don't get what you mean by "premade maps". I draw my maps before the game and turn them into png on the spot. If not, just generate a bng map from mapgen, also before the game. Triad just said it's the color thing so it's probably fixable. I hope Deadcode confirms this could be taken into consideration for 4.9. That ppl could choose to play with/without background soil.

I use pure black background and .PNG maps. It makes it lot easier to jetpack through maps and not be concerned about some invisible pixels left around the map.
Got so used to .PNG, I can't even play on .BIT maps anymore.. Background soil literally hurts my eyes.

For anyone that is using black background in W:A - turn maps into .png and save yourselves! (i'll send a tutorial how to do it if anyone needs)
