Can someone tell me, in logical terms, why does tower scheme still have a banana in it?
Something besides, "Well, that is just the way it has always been."
for a few seconds more energy
Quote from: Kaleu on September 04, 2015, 01:51 AMYou look like you lost a lot of weight.
I began to wear glasses today due to astigmatism, so I decided to share it with you, anyone here with the same shit?

Quote from: Senator on September 03, 2015, 12:53 PMI honestly don't know what the rule is, I've never actually looked at the tus rules.
Ok, the finish rule could as well be "touch the platform where the finish locates". The point is to have a clear rule that covers even bad map design. This rule change would only mean that players would stop their turn earlier, and some maps would have a huge finish zone (like the map I attached here). Some Big RR maps would have a ridiculously big finish zone.
The current rule is clear to most players, even GRiZ was aware of it.
[slk-GRiZ] 38
[TdC`Senator] didnt touch finish line ;P
[slk-GRiZ] half the people who RR never touch the finish line ?
[TdC`Senator] u finish when u touch finish letters or the back wall
[TdC`Senator] usually
[slk-GRiZ] yes, i know that
[slk-GRiZ] most people dont do that
Quote from: Senator on September 03, 2015, 10:25 AMBack in the infancy of rope races, merely landing on the platform where the finish was allowable, without hitting the text. I remember roperaces won and lost on a final climb where one would fling their worm onto the top and victory was awarded.
So landing anywhere on the home stretch in this map is a legit finish in your books?
When people throw their worm at roof to stop the clock they still touch the finish letters or the back wall just like when u rope all the way to the finish. Your argument is invalid

That's so weird I never saw that or noticed it, I played many games with him and it was always chill...
Maybe it is him then and he's just a dork...
Yo homie, you have no room to call anyone a dork when you chill on the TUS forums more than you do playing the actual game.... and you make Dragonball-Z looking ass type "Dart" maps...
so yea, you're the dork dude. word up.
Quote from: Komito on September 03, 2015, 08:02 AMWell, we did smoke weed almost 100% of the time we played. At least that is my recollection. Almost everything seemed chill.

Quote from: Komito on September 03, 2015, 07:57 AMTheChipmunk was a prolific shit talker back in the day. I remember him and silentmime trash talking the day away in #AG.
Really? I never witnessed anything like this in the past...
Quote from: Komito on September 03, 2015, 07:45 AMI dunno, old chippy was pretty arrogant, and new chippy is arrogant.
As much of a complete and utter delusional pleb that he is, I can't help but agree with him on this point:Quote from: GRiZ on September 03, 2015, 01:21 AMhow come when you "START" in a TTRR your miles away from the start and not touching it, but when you finish you have to hit the Finish or backwall? If you land in the Finish zone it doesn't count? Doesn't that defeat the purpose of... umm... starting far away from Start? Makes no sense, whatever.
I still don't believe this guy is theChipmunk... If it is the mother f**ker must have been adbucted by aliens and had his emotions f**ked up or something cuz he acts nothing like the guy I used to know...
Quote from: aik on September 02, 2015, 12:52 PMWormpot is a stupid gimmick, so i hope not.
Pfff... I brought nearly all the worms games. All together I played them for less than 1% of the time I played W:A =)
I'm not sure if I really should buy a nearly 100% clone of W:A.
Now I'm afraid, W:A 4.0 won't have the (few) additional WWP features, or worse W:A 4.0 won't be allowed by team17 because it would compete with WWP.
Does any1 know if (maybe even when) there will be W:A 4.0 [with wormpod etc. features]?
