Jesus Christ, it's impossible to do something without offending someone in 2016. This is not bullying. It's satirical expression of Asbest's noob bashing. For me the best idea is a combination of sbaffo's matchmaking idea and Kaleu's idea.

Basically add a matchmaking button to TUS, this will save time from spamming #AG with "tus anyone?" as well. Right after there's 2 players in matchmaking, they wait extra 60-120 seconds. Let's say a 3rd player joined. Let's say A, B and C clicked mm button. Their overall pts are 1000 1337 6969. System matches 1000 with 1337, and 6969 waits. If noone joined but those two players, they'll match. And even with mm system if someone will abuse system, then Kaleu's rule:

I have an idea, dunno if it's good. You see, noob bashing isn't the really problem. Playing mostly against easier opponents and avoiding some good players occasionally is the real problem. So problem here is avoiding and there's an easy idea I can propose: The anti-avoid rule.

It's simple. Let's say you asked a guy for TUS. He came up with a lame excuse like "Oh hombre, I gotta feed my goats." You say "Alright I'll leave snooper on, pm me when you're ready for some TUS." If he plays with someone else while you're still on channel, open a complaint topic in forum with proofs provided. Punishment could be voiding games he won by avoiding you or being have to arrange for a league game with complaint owner.

Best idea I can think of. I think similar action was taken when Prince_Egypt avoided Casso on HAL.

Yes. I didn't play Classic much, and generally the leagues recently because preparing for university examination and stuff. But after reset if I find some time, I'll play for sure.

Also I would like to propose shutting other leagues for first 60 days aka for first season of classic and enable some of them if more than enough people wants so. MI, I played other leagues than classic, and if I tell you to shut them, you should understand that they really became inactive and there's no competition at those anymore. If really a lot people wants other leagues to be enabled again, you can enable them again anyway.

Last summer we had  the worst Worm Olympics. It was really inactive that a not so experienced clan like UC finished as #1 because it had a lot active members. Now TUS getting worse. As we can see, WA is going downhill.

- Want TUS to be active? Introduce people to site. Once saw a WA gif on 9gag, advertised tus by replying most of the comments like "d00d this game is still active, just google tus-wa and check first site" (Once came across with Random00 there lmao). Anyway when I created UC first it was Turkish only clan. I found clueless Turkish people and introduced wa, taught  everything from zero. One of these guys finished WO in top 20 once, Turkey finished as top 5. And I am not really the best guy around. There are a lot experienced people here that can get much better results than me easily.
