If yo wanna lose fat without losing muscle and energy, try a semi-ketonic diet like the Anabolic Diet of Dr. Di Pasquale. You can eat alot of tasty meals (cheese, sausages, all meat that you want, with fat, eggs, etc) for 5 days a week, without worried about the 2-3 hours stuff and shit, and the the weekend you can eat spagettis, bread, rice, whatever you want. Make some strenght routines, and keep away from cardio, or at least, do cardio without passing the 130PPM. The idea is to burn the fat, not the entire body

Phil Heath started at 21 (at least his 1st cycle), of course he has an amazing genetic, but as someone said before, 38 - 40's are the best age for BB (the peak), so I'll assume that you still have some years to reach that point . I know some people who started at 26, 27, and they are amateur BBs now (they have like 35,36), with steroids of course, there's no discussion on that, BB it's a sport, not a matter of wellness nor just gettin shape and shit like that.

Ah, the numbers of weights in squats/DL/BP doesn't matter... this is bodybuilding, not weightlifting, where the main reason of the strength comes from the CNS, not the muscles.

Damn, I feel so f@#!in' poor after reading all the comments and stuff... I have only 1 pair of simple cheap shoes (and I have them since 2005 aprox) and 2 pairs of military boots (1 used (I got it for 20 bucks) and 1 new  ).

An idea: TGL, The Gambling League but gambling in PlayOffs, saying who's gonna win a match, and the score. Other players can raise, bet, etc, some kind of "money" or Point. Some players aren't good on Worms but maybe they are on gambling  specially Dead who watch every f@#!ing game xD and must know who is on fire or not.
