I'd say TUS admins/mods should be slightly stricter in general and especially with people like Asbest. He noobash his way into leagues, he spams #AG, he insulted many people in PM, he could never lose a game without shooting insults at the opponent, he was caught cheating many times... is it necessary to continue the list?
The question is: why does he get fame and top spots instead of a lifetime ban from everywhere?

Well, if TUS can't react at such stuff adeqately, then what happens to it right now is fully deserved.

Sounds like that problem I have with #worms channel.  Sometimes GS simply fails to reconnect to it and loops forever, this usually happens after a long connection loss. No idea how to fix this.
